is an TS 16949 : 2009 certified company, which is engaged in the manufacturing, exporting and supplying of a wide range of products in the market. We offer the clients with high quality products like Rear Axle Carriers, Front Wheel Hubs, Differential Casings, SG Iron Hub, Cast Iron Flywheels, Brake Drum and Oil Pan. Ours is one of the renowned companies in Taysons group having spread up in an area of 200,000 sq. ft. & built up area of more than 50,000 Sq.ft.
Established in 1999, the company has travelled across a long way in setting a strong footmark in the market. Based in Sangli (Maharashtra) the company has attained optimum growth under the leadership of Mr. S.G. Taysheti

We have got an immense infrastructure in terms of highly sophisticated machinery and advanced equipment. With an annual turnover of 500 million rupees, we are able to maintain our infrastructural potential at every level. We have got a huge production area of around 11000 square meters and our production machinery includes Induction Furnaces, Molding Machines, Sand Plants, Sand Cooling Plants, Shot Blasting Machine, Fettling & Spray Painting facilities, CNC, VMC and VTL machines. We have a production capacity of 12000 tons per year and the raw material used in the manufacturing of our products includes Pig Iron, M.S. Scrap, C.I. Boring, Ferro Alloys, Resin Sand, etc. We manufacture these Castings as per customer drawing. Under our testing facilities, we provide Spectrometer, CMM, Digital Height Master, Vertical Balancing machine, Air Testing Machine, Digimer, etc. We also provide excellent packaging facilities on our products such as corrugated and wooden boxes, as per customer’s requirements. Along with this, we also provide customized packaging facility on our products. We have got sophisticated CAD and CAM facilities. Our minimum order quantity is 50 tons per month.

Quality Assurance :

- Sand plant with sand cooler :15 Ton capacity - 2x sets.
- Shot blasting & fettling : Hanger type & shot blasting machines.

- Painting by spray painting.
- Cores : Shell cores & cold box cores are made in house by 3 machines.
- Inspection and testing facilities at foundry :
- C.E. Meter : For instant analysis of liquid metal to check percentage of Carbon and Silicon.
- Chemical testing : Chemical testing lab for inspection of all raw materials like scrap, pigiron, bentonite, coalbond etc. We also check the composition of poured castings like Carbon, Silicon, Mangenese, Sulphur, Chromium etc.
- Sand testing equipments : Sand testing equipments are used for checking GCS Permeability, Compactability, percentage of Moisture, AFS No, Active clay, Dead Clay, etc.
- Shell Sand testing equipments : Shell Sand testing equipments are used for Hot Tensile Strength, Peelback, Gas Evaluation, etc.
- Microscope : Microscope is used for micro structure analysis of cast iron piece.
- Image analyzer or computerized micro structure analysis.
- Optical hardness tester : Optical hardness tester is used for to check the BHN of castings.
- Spectro facility : To check the composition of C.I. and S.G. Iron castings.
- Machining Facility : We are using different types of VMC, VTL, CNC and General Purpose Machines like Lathe, Milling machine, Drilling machine, Tapping machine. We are also using SPMs for different critical operations to suit different components.
- Inspection and measuring facilities at Machine shops :
- C.M.M. : Capacity 1000 x 700 x 700 mm facility to check dimensions of machined components in X, Y, Z axis.
- Electra digimar : For in-house calibration of gauges & instruments
- All types of gauges and measuring instruments

Future Plans :

- To set up high pressure molding line at new place in Kupwad MIDC area having melting capacity of 1500 Tons per month.
- Expected commissioning of the plant - From April 2015.
- The above plant will be suitable for both grey cast iron and SG iron castings.
